How do I know if you are actually walking and feeding my pet?Great question! We send pictures and videos (if you’d like), straight to your phone or email (if you preferred). We do it as many times in a day as you would like. You want one every hour or two every hour? We want you to feel as comfortable as you can while you are away!

What happens if there is an emergency with my pet?If there is ever an emergency with your pet, we will directly contact you first and take them to their personal vet, if need be. We keep your vet info on file with us and request that you leave a signed vet release form with them.

Do you walk my pet with other pets?No, we do not. Unless you have another pet in mind that you want your pet to be walked with, your pet gets all our undivided attention!

Can I verify your references?Absolutely! If you have a specific one in mind, please let me know.

Do you provide services during the holidays?Yes, we do. Sometimes we might not be in town, so please book as far in advance as you possibly can.

What forms of payment do you accept and when do I pay you?I accept all types of payments from cash, direct deposit with bank routing number and account number, check, online (apple pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, etc), and credit cards. Payment is due at the end of the meet and greet. If you are a recurring client, it is due before your service begins.
